Dri*Transcation

Hello Christopher,

I regret for the inconvenience caused.

I see that you have installed trial version of AVG TuneUp and also enrolled into automatic renewal when subscribing for this trial.

Once the trial version got expired, you were charged by AVG for the renewal.

Please do not worry, you can certainly get refund for this renewal. I have escalated your case to the refund team, they will process refund and contact you via email with the necessary information.

I also see that you have entered misspelled email address while signing up for trial version. That is the reason why it did not show up on your account.

AVG will not store any of your information, as you have enrolled into automatic renewal, the charge was taken.

I have escalated your request to the refund team. We appreciate your time and co-operation.

I want to know where this transaction from Dri*Avg Technologies 9529084 came from. It charged my bank $49.99.
I was still using the free trial and never signed up for renewal or purchase.
My account even lists no subscription, so what product is being paid for that is from Avg technologies.

Is there a way to remove my bank info so I dont get charged again next month or next year because this might happen again, for a product I cant even use or don’t remeber even ever purchasing.

I have the same problem why I signed up for the tuneup and have been billed for 69.99 for it please cancel xxxxxxx have notified my bank to hold on

Alright great and no thanks, I dont need the free trial.

Thank you for your understanding, Christopher.

We see that the refund has been initiated, your subscription will be no longer in active and you won't be charged further. Would you like to activate the trial version on your device? If so, we can update your email address.

Alright thank you Karthikeyan.

But is this going to also cancel the automatic renewal from the subscription and is it also possible to change my misspelled email to my correct one.
