That’s certainly not how we want your AVG to work. Please repair AVG PC TuneUp http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel and then check the status.

Only some days ago I called AVG Helpdesk and my AGV products were tuned by remote acces,
and that seemed fine.
However, when I run AVG TuneUp, the tab "Fix Problems" indicates "1 problem found".
As suggested I use AVG Driver Updater as a message says:
"The driver for "Unrecognized device" is not working properly".
Then I run a scan, but "No updates found".
Next I run AVG Disk Doctor on both drives (C:) and (D:) but after the check,
AVG TuneUp is still indicating there is 1 problem.

I repaired both AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Internet Security
Restarted the pc and ran AVG Driver Updater, but still there is that message : "The driver for "Unrecognized device" is not working properly". ... There is an option to ignore the problem, perhaps I should simply ignore?
