AVG Driver Updater may offer to install the 1809 Update – Don't do it!  A bug in the Microsoft release erases user files.  Check out KB4464330… (Source: Windows 10 October 2018 Update: Microsoft releases fix for data deletion bug | ZDNET)

Thank you so much for providing us the information.

AVG Driver Updater won't update programs related to Microsoft update, however it helps to update other program drivers that is available on the PC.

Here are two screen shots. If you examine them, it leads you to think that choosing to install that "driver" will, in fact, download and install the flawed Windows update.

Reports today show that this flawed update also causes "blue screen of death" on HP computers!
