We have had AVG for about 6 years. Recently, we purchased 3 AVG licenses for 3 new computers. One of the three computers has a daily pop up saying the Drivers are outdated and needs to be upgraded. But there is a fee for the upgraded drivers. Now, this is only on one of the three computers. Is this something I need on all three or just the one computer with the pop ups? And is these upgrades not included with the purchase?
I contacted Sales Support at AVG but the guy, Julius, was incompetent and ended the chat rudely and abruptly without answering any of the questions. He told me to purchase the program or delete it. I don't understand his suggestion or his attitude.
Does anyone have an understanding of this situation?
