Duplicate files deletion deleted everything!

Hello Sarah,

I am sorry to hear that. Please open Recycle bin on your PC and check if the deleted photos and files are present. It not, please click on "All functions" tile in AVG PC TuneUp, under Hard disk > Select "Restore Deleted files" options to recover those data.

Hi I recently ran PC TUNEUP and the only thing I did differently was DUPLICATE FILES clean up which I have never done before.  Now I've lost all my music files,photo files and any old documents that had merged from my last computer. Please, please, please help as my kids recently killed my hard drive with back up photos on it.
