From your description, we see that the AVG TuneUp program awaits activation or there are few synchronization issues.
Initially, we'd suggest you to check if AVG TuneUp is activated on your computer (Open AVG TuneUp - My AVG - My subscriptions - Check the renewal date beside TuneUp).

After running a check, you tell me that to clear problems I must subscribe to Tune Up. However, my Tune account does not expire until 12/11/2020. Not only that, at some point in the past I have erroneously duplicated my subscription and this one expires 27/11/2020. Clearly, I do not intend doing this in triplicate. Please check your accounts and make the necessary correction.
