The above dialogue message appeared initially two days ago while attempting to use DuplicateFinder.exe. I was advised through the AVG Community Support page to download the latest version of PC Tuneup (Version: 16.80.3.38236). So I did. I re-initiated AVG PC Tune-up in hopes of removing duplicate files from one of my external hard drives but to no avail. The same error message reappeared as before. What do you now recommend?
