On 27 October, 2020, I purchased, and paid for (AUS$54.99), a 1-year subscription to AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device). Once again you have requested an additional payment of AUS$109.99, which I duly paid on 22 November.
I am very ill at the moment, and in and out of hospital (and on a lot of medication). I sometimes get confused, and pay these accounts forgetting that I have already paid them.
I would appreciate it if you stopped sending these additional requests for payment as they are causing me a lot of unnecessary worry.
Please arrange for a refund of my payment of AUS$109.99, immediately.
