I have spent numerous hours on line and on the phone yesterday and today trying to sort out the problem. I supplied the system info this morning and am still waiting. Still unable to use any e mail address except hotmail or outlook. I have gone through the process of uninstalling AVG, E mails fine. Loading AVG anti virus free, e mail working fine. Loading AVG Internet Security trial, only hotmail or outlook working, all others don't. Load paid for AVG Internet Security, only hotmail or outlook working, all others don't. Disable AVG, on,y hotmail or outlook working, all others don't. Disable AVG, Disable AVG Firewall, all e mails working. So it would appear there is a problem with AVG Firewall.

sorry for my bad english, but i have done all what is mentioned in the article a long time ago.
i have four pop3, one imap and five smtp servers installed in my avg, cooperating with my mail_client like it is written in the article.
and everything worked fine for a long time.
today morning i received mails also - then i updated my avg and it doesn't work anymore
so i'm absolutely sure that this is because of the update.
as i wrote: until the update everything worked fine.
can i go back to the version BEFORE the latest update?
it's really annoying due to the amount of established mail_servers in avg because i have to change my mail_client settings to receive emails (and of course they will be not secured)

after updating my avg_free_version today, it is NOT possible to sent/receive email through establish avg mail servers.
if i connect directly to my mail_servers via mail_client, everythinh works properly.
but now i have no protection and i have to change every account in my email_client from 127.0.0.1 to the original mail_server at my provider.
very annoying.
is there any solution?
