Are you getting any specific messages or any suspicious notifications regarding it?

Both my Edge and Chrome are constantly being changed to "being managed by outside…". I can remove policy by editing Registry but keeps coming back. Know I was hacked because Autodesk had been showing up on my desktop from outside source - also several tabs in Edge I did not open. Entry shown below. AVG scan shows nothing. Thanks.
