Thanks for the reply but you have sent an email to my email address that has stopped working. I cannot access this email address anymore (shargreaves55@o2.co.uk). That is my problem. I would like to change it to stewart.hargreaves@btinternet.com but as I have logged in once before with this address, it won't let me change to it.
I have renewed my subscription but the email address I use has stopped working so I won't be able to receive the confirmation. I have tried to change the email address but it won't let me as the email address is already registered. This must have been when I installed avg on a new laptop. How can I transfer the subscription to that email address/account?
