I understand that you are unable to login to your AVG account.
I see from your record that you do not have any AVG account created with this email address. Even though you recieve emails from AVG and have active subscription does not create an account for you.
You need to mnaually create an AVG account from your end.
Click on this link https://myaccount.avg.com/en-us/new-account to create an AVG account.
I see that you have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security. Please open AVG AntiVirus free installed on your computer and click on "My AVG->My Subscription", from here you can see an option to enter your license number.
Enter the license number you have and this will activate the product.

I am trying to log into my account and I am being told my email address is incorrect and not recognised. I have not changed my email address in 2 years and have received emails from AVG to the address that is not recognised
