Hi Peter,

This email will be sent to the customers who were using old version of AVG PC TuneUp.
The reason is because the old version of AVG PC TuneUp have been migrated to the new version.
We're sorry to know that you aren't able to access AVG TuneUp program.
Could you mention whether you see the program name as "AVG TuneUp" or "AVG PC TuneUp".
If it is AVG TuneUp, refer this article and follow the steps as mentioned on it.
Check whether you are able to access AVG TuneUp post that troubleshooting.

Hi, I received an email from AVG yesterday saying that AVG tuneup inadvertently updated to a new version. It gave instruction to follow to correct the problem. Before I follow these instructions could you please tell me if this is a scam. If I click on the AVG icon in my task bar nothing happens so I am wondering how I might be able to follow any instructions anyway.
