Provide us the screenshot https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-create-a-screenshot&supportType=home of that error message to have better understanding. Are you able to access it when AVG is disabled?

Mine don't work now either on Chrome. Just get a message saying "This operation has been cancelled due torestrictions in effect on this computer"

Whenever I open a youtube link in outlook it opens in Microsoft Edge which does not allow me to download the youtube instructions I need. How to make it open with AVG chrome? AVG allows me to download youtube videos but not any other browser.

Hello Sabine,

Do you mean to say that you are able to download YouTube videos when they are accessed from AVG Secure browser and not from other browsers?

After installing AVG Zen my outlook is not opening the hyperlinks on my received emails. All it says is "your organization policies are preventing us from opening". Anyone know the solution?

Hello Andreas,
We are sorry to know that the issue persists. This seems that the issue is not related with AVG and it seems to be with your outlook settings. If you still think this is caused by AVG, you can uninstall AVG from your computer and check this.

  1. When I hit the right click no temporarily disable is available
    2) I did it with the second way and the problem still remains.
