I need to know what's causing my email scanner to be disabled and how I can fix it; I can't afford to pay a tech rep every time this happens. What do I have to change in the email scanner program or perhaps the tech rep didn't know that there was a relationship between what Malware Bytes removed and AVG email scanner
I went through this problem last night; I tried to repair AVG and ended up with just web link protection. He ended up having to remove the web link and redownload AVG. But here's the problem; today I got a message from Malware Bytes that there were several "unwanted programs"; so I clicked on remove all; it asked me if I wanted to restart the computer which I did; after I restarted the computer, I got the messge that my email was partially protected; I'm not going ot pay another $99 to get it to work again; there is something about what Malware Bytes removes and how it disables my email scanner; this is what caused the problem in the first place; if you can't help me resolve this free of charge, I'm just going to ignore it

I have not changed any of the settings in email scanner; is it something about my server settings? I have Windows Vista home edition, 64 bit and HP Pavillion. In email scanner it says something about server settings; I just don't know what the relationship is between the items Malware removed and email scanner
