Email protection setup to scan encrypted e-mails

The email client I am using is Becky! Internet Mail version 2.70

By the way; I found some difficulty in logging in to AVG support community: the community page asked me to log into my AVG account and when I did so my accounts page opened and when I went back to the community page it logged me out! Ended up in a loop with no where to go - most frustrating. This is why I am late in replying to your request. Later in the week the community page logged me into my avg account and remained on the topics page so that I was able to reply to your query. There is something wrong somewhere? I am using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
