We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please clarify whether the emails with attachments alone are not sent or all the emails. Reason to inquire this being, upon researching, we see that this might happen if the email contains an attachment that contains unsupported files or it's simply too large in size.
Meanwhile, please try repairing AVG program once & check if it helps.

If I send an email (Outlook) after timeout I get error message ox8004210B. If I turn Email Shield off the email is sent!!

All emails I send gave the error with or without an attachment.
