I also have the same issue with my Outlook 2019 client! The only way I was able to download email was to turn off the email sheild in AVG!
When will you team push out a fix for this issue that is affecting a lot of people?

I am using Mozilla Thunderbird client connected to my ISP, Claranet. I have been using the smae setup for years wihthout issues. Today I am unable to send or receive emails on this account, unless I turn off the AVG Email Shield. I have an Ionos account setup on the same email client, which is still able to receive emails, so it seems to be only related to certain servers.
