Sorry for the inconvenience caused. May I know if you are using an email client like Outlook to check emails or do you login to your Sky email account in a web browser? Please also share the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of AVG pop up which says it has quarantined the file to determine which component of AVG it is. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Since recent AVG antivirus free update I cannot read the message list in my sky.com SPAM folder - an AVG popup appears "We've safely locked this file in your quarantine". On the quarantine page the announcement is "No nasty files here!" "Your quarantine is empty"
How do I get to read the message list in my sky.com SPAM folder?
