Emails on Mozilla Thunderbird

Rajarajan, Thankyou, my AVG is now back and the e-mail protection is working . However, there is no certification on my emails to say AVG checked. I am using the latest Thunderbird and I am sure I have had the AVG certification shown on both incoming and outgoing messages?

Aravind, Unfortunatly all that has happened is an error message saying that email protection is not fully operational?

John, Bring up the AVG User Interface -> Options -> Advanced Settings -> Email Protection -> Email Scanner -> Certification.

I request you to open the AVG User Interface -> Options -> Advanced Settings -> Email Scanner and please check if the scanning options for both incoming and outgoing emails are set up. I am using Thunderball through Virgin Media which used to be NTL World.
