Emclient cannot reeive through active VPN

Configuring outgoing SMTP server settings in your email client to use port 465 or 587 and enabling SSL/TLS encryption usually solves the issue.
Please share us your emclient pro's outgoing SMTP settings.
If you notice the default outgoing port of your emclient to be in 465 please change it to 587 and check the receiving of emails.

I use emClient Pro and I cannot receive emails or download contents with Secure VPN active. The emClient forum seems to point to someithing in Secure VPN with email settings. I have tried the suggested fixes from that forume and all to no avail. Is there a way I can "allow" emclient traffic through?
