Ending trial version AVG ultimate

Currently, we are experiencing a technical issue with AVG my account server which is causing this error to appear.
We are working on this and will fix it at the earliest.
As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for AVG Ultimate (60-day Trial) and it expires on 12th July 2018.

Hi,

I have been trying to cancel my trial version of AVG ultimate for several days now with no luck. I have read the instructions about it, but the emails about my subcription don't have any options to cancel it. And when I log in into my account it just says: 'internal error', at the page where I should be able to cancel my subscription.

I hope one of you can help me.
