Please do not worry, I will help you to resolve the issue.
I kindly request you to go to Menu\Settings\Troubleshooting and if you scroll down to "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option.
Once it's done, kindly restart you computer.

Main AVG screen shows in red firewall not turned on, but when I try to turn on, states it is not available, but is ticked green in hacker attack., am I protected?
