I've Reset all settings and the firewall still does not download? I use Windows 10 and before the latest up-date everything was okay. This is causing me some concern and I'm sure many other users of AVG have the same concerns. When will AVG issued downloadable fix for this problem?

To resolve this issue, I kindly request you to go to Menu\Settings\Troubleshooting
Scroll down to the "Reset All Settings" section and select the "Reset To Default" option.
Restart your computer and check if you are still facing this issue.

It seems to be a major problem for many users, how long will it take AVG to issue a fix as I'm concerned my computer is at risk?

We request you to follow the below steps again to reset the AVG Internet Security settings to default:
Please open AVG Internet Security program installed on your computer.
1. Click on "Menu"-> "Settings".
2. Select "Troubleshooting" in the left pane.
3. Scroll down to the "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option.
After following the above steps, please restart your PC and check the AVG Internet Security firewall component.
