Secondly, please temporarily disable the individual shields/components of your AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this article & check which shield/component is causing this issue.

I request you to follow the steps below and let us know the status.
- Open the AVG Internet Security > Click on the Web & Email tile > Enhanced Firewall options > Network profiles > make sure your Wireless network and a wireless printer are selected as a private connection "I trust this network".
- Please follow the steps mentioned in this article to configure the system rules and enable all the permission in a private connection.
- Once it done, get back to the home screen and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings.
Select Full protection ▸ Remote Access Shield in the left panel.
Tick the box next to Block all connections except the following.
Under Block all connections except the following, click Add.
Enter a trusted IP address or IP range, then click Allow. Added connections appear below the Add button.
