Avinash, thank you for the offer. However I need to check with the people I work for as I think they would not be happy for my PC to be accessed remotely. I think it’s more likely they will want me to uninstall all AVG and use another system. So I may need to apply for a Refund.

Sorry for the trouble. I see that you have purchased AVG Tuneup unlimited product not Antivirus feature. Have you installed AVG Antivirus free version?
I request you to open PC Tuneup -> Speed up (Second components) -> Disable startup programs -> change Printer status from sleep mode and check with the issue. We are here if you need further help. Thank you!
Two days ago Ion recommendation, I installed AVG and now my Epson Printer will not connect. Why?

Try the steps provided by Ranjani and if Printer software is not listed in PC TuneUp "Disabled programs", let us know whether you have installed AVG Internet Security trial version.
