AVG has twice removed an exe file from my computer which 'performed an exception'. The software in question has been around for years and AVG only spots it if I leave the application open and fail to shut my machine down overnight. The author is at a loss to explain this as are his technical advisors and they have referred me to you. Are you able to comment/explain why this program is being removed from my machine?
