I purchased avgprotection on aug 3 2016 order number 704-0253194 however , Ihave not been able to use it since then and have been chatting with techs every day since to correct a host of problems with the installation and not being able to log on. Tonite aug 10 2016 id the first time I could log on and add the protection to another device, while doing so a message came up that the free trial of computer tune up had expired ! And that my subscription would expire on Aug 4 2017 rather than aug 10 2017. I want to have that subscription amended to read expires aug 10 2017 plus I want to be able to use the "free" tune up on the new device I added today! I have had so many problems with this av program I am a heartbeat away from cancelling and demanding a refund !
