Thanks so much for nothing. I called and your representatives told me there is something avg related keeping my computer running windows 7 home premium from installing your free version, or any other virus protection for that matter. I have cleaned my computer using a variety of programs to remove all traces of your previous 2014 program including your own remover tool to no avail. Please call me with a solution to get rid of what you put on my computer. You are holding it for ransom. Your rep told me they could remove the problem and sell me avg ultimate for $89!!! I want the free one, not a paid subscription. I feel I will need to contact the better business bureau regarding this. How dare you? I have used the avg remover tool as suggested and I still get this error code when I try to install the free avg or avg pro trial. Any suggestions?..an e-mail was mentioned that you guys might send to me with instructions about how to solve this problem. Please send it asap as I am pulling my hair out! Running windowns 7 home premium.Thanks !!!
