Hi Frances,
I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. May I know when exactly do you receive this error code? Do you receive it when you try to install AVG on your PC?

My laptop displays error 0xc000012f. How do I fix this.  I am unable to get control panel in oder to uninstall program or restore from previous backup.
