I removed AVG 205 Internet Security, restarted my computer, and then tried to install the free version of AVG 2016.
I got an error message "0xC000652"
So I downloaded and used the AVG removal tool. I used both the 32-bit and the 64-bit removal tools and tried to install the AVG 2016 and still I am getting the error message: "0xC000652"
Can anyone help me with this problem? I am getting very frustated at running the uninstall, removal, and install repeatedly to on get the "0xC000652" error message. If I can't fix this problem, I will have to get a different anti-virus program.
I would appreciate any help any one can give.
