Do you have any other third party antivirus program like McAfee or Avira installed on your PC?

I get the following error code on Windows 10 while trying to install a paid version of AVG.I have uninstalled all versions of AVG and tried to re install on numerous occasions and I keep getting the same error. I have even tried download the AVG zip file from other sites.  Please help.
