Hi Guys,

I'm trying to install AVG Free on my computer and I keep getting the error code 0xC0070643 each time. I have followed some previous advice on this forum and downloaded the AVG Removal Tool. I ran it as instructed, closed PC and tried to install AVG Free again but I get the same error each time I try. I don't have any other Antivirus programs installed but do have Malwarebytes, would this be the problem?
Thanks for any help you can give.

Allan, If your Malwarebytes was the 'free version' it shouldn't interfere with AVG.
