Seriously, what has happened to AVG
I have been using them for years. Purchased Ultimate this week.
Had around 3 hours hassle trying to install in 2 PC's, ran AVG Remover, that solved that.
Tonight trying to install and getting above error code, its been about 2 and a half hours and still no joy.
Ive run about 4 avg type downloads after reading back previous messages on the forum.
Totally discusted at the lack of customer service and poor quality of product.
Any realistic SOLUTIONS that wont involve another 2 hours at this.

Connected to avg tech via the remote app
It said I was connected to Joyson
However after me sending 10 messages and waiting 25 mins Joyson did not speak
I then called the TollFree number and firstly spoke to someone who cound not understand me who then
passed me to a supervisor who said they were a different department and had no record of me.
Yesterday I was unimpressed at the time my avg product has taken from my schedule.
I was happy to recieve the support email last night, however that has led nowhere either.
PLEASE let me confirm that i followed the instructions as per the email and downloaded the app and got connected to
Joyson Apparently who never actually participated in our conversation.
CAN AVG PLEASE HELP?
