I certainly understand your concern. But, this is a simple conflict issue and it can be fixed by our remote technicians. Please follow the email steps to get connected to our remote support to resolve the issue. In case, if the issue is not resolved by our remote agents, then you can apply for refund  https://support.avg.com/RefundForm.

Error code: Unexpected error Sorry we've run into a problem during installation (Error code: 0xc0072711)
IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD PROPERLY OR INSTALL OR RUN, HAVE TRIED ALL TOOLS ETC…AS PER SATSCHA ON HERE.
Same with  protection also just purchased, please credit back as I do not want to be going back and forth as others on here I do not have time for that.
