I am getting the same error 0xE0010013 & also tried several times with the same results, deleting & reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc.- AVG free version. Please send me the instruction email.

Unable to install AVG free 64bit. Continually errors out with the following at the end of the installation:
Error code: 0xE0010013
Description: Event exec_finished
Ran AVG Zen as Administrator. Used the AVG Remover tool and tried a direct installation using http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_Free_x64_693.exe
Still unable to install.
Any help would be appreciated.

- To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
