Hello Avinash, thank you for the quick response. I think I am trying to download it, but at this point I am confused as to if all my Anti Virus data is deleted or if only the app is deleted. I am trying to download the free version and then activate the pro version once the free version is downloaded. I believe the deletion process (I had to delete it so I could download the newer version) states that once you delete AVG you can't get your paid priveliges back unless you pay again. I also don't know how to download Anti Virus without downloading it off of the Zen app. My OS version is 64-bit. Hope this can answer some of your questions.
I have seen many discussions about error 0xe0010013 but all the information is shared between the person and avg by email. My problem is when I try to download AVG internet security from Zen, it comes up with the issue "the specified registry key does not exist". Downloading PC Tuneup works fine and I have tried using AVG remover to remove all my AVG programs plus deleting all my other malware protection software but nothing seems to work. Help please?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Are you trying to download and install AVG Protection trial version on your PC? As per our records, you have an active license for AVG Anti Virus but this software does not require AVG Zen app. So please let us know which AVG product are you actually trying to install and the version of Windows OS you are running. Thank you for the information. You can re install your paid AVG without paying again. Please follow the steps in the articles below to uninstall AVG Zen completely and install AVG Anti Virus alone.
To uninstall AVG, click on this link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-Zen
Then to download the installation file for AVG Anti Virus 64 bit, click on this link: http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download.prd-avc
Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
Follow the instructions on your screen.
When prompted, enter your AVG license number. The license number is sent automatically to your e-mail once purchased.
Complete the installation and restart your computer.

Hi Avinash, I have tried downloading AVG the way you have told me, and it still didn't work. It was fine up until the download process and then it gave me the same error
