Hello  Keith,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe . This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces. Open tool User Account control - click "Yes" Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compability) Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security) Click "Uninstall" Click "Restart computer".

After uninstalling, please use the offline installer to install AVG Internet Security Unlimited.

For 64 bit OS: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Internet_Security_x64_1825.exe
For 32 bit OS: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Internet_Security_x86_1826.exe

Once you installed AVG Internet Security Unlimited, please click the link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Performance_803.exe to install AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
