I am having the same problem with the installation.

I got a Failed to Install message with a code: 0xE0010601: General error (0x0601) during installation of a paid version of the Internet Security application. I ran AVG Clear and Remover utilities applications, turned off Defender App. using a REG file application, without avail.  My computer runs with Windows 10 OS and I have used AVG in the past without confronting this problem.

Hi Guys,
I have been facing trouble while downloading AVG Internet security unlimited. It gives following error. Error code:(0xE0010601:General error (0x0601) So, it cannot be downloaded. 
Please help me.
