I, too, have this issue when trying to install my new TuneUp subscription. I have used the removal tool to no effect. Please help or I will cancel.

We are here to help you. The error message is because of old/previous AVG traces. Please go to control panel > program and features and check if you have already installed AVG TuneUp program on your computer.
