Hi.
I have downloaded Zen yesterday on my main laptop (a Fujitsu Lifebook, running under Win7), and have also purchased PC TuneUp, both of which work properly on that laptop, on top of my older Antivirus installation.
BUT:
I also tried to install the same bundle on my second laptop (a SONY, on Win10): PC TuneUp was installed and works OK, but neither Zen or AV will accept to be installed! I get this message above (Error Code 0xe001f98d), suggesting there's an older version of AVG installed. The thing is, there was one, but it has been uninstalled earlier.
I did find some information in other posts, so I tried AVG_Clear.exe and AVG_Remover.exe, none of which worked (!?). I have also tried to reboot (twice), with no success. The same error message comes up. Note, there is NO other antivirus installed (Avast has been uninstalled too).
Can you please help? I need to install the antivirus program at least.
Visual search gives nothing: I do see the PCTuneUp files in the AVG folder, but nothing else.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, please run the AVG Clear https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe first and then the AVG Remover http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
After the removal of all the programs, please install the AVG TuneUp Unlimited from http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Performance_803.exe
If issue persists, please attach us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message.
