Let's resolve this issue together.
Please check whether you have configured Firewall settings as recommended. To do so, open AVG Internet Security > Click 'Hacker attacks' > Enhanced firewall > Firewall options > Network profiles > Change all the Networks to 'Private'.
On the left side of the panel, select 'Policies' > make sure all the tasks has been enabled.  
Please check the status and inform us here.

Trying to setup docker and AVG controls the inbound and outbound rules for Windows 10?  What is the recommended fix for allowing the opening for any port?
