Error message 452 Too many recipients

Hi Bob,

Let's work together to sort this out.

Have you tried to disable AVG and send the email? If not please disable AVG program temporarily (Right click on AVG in the system tray and turn off the protection) and check the status.
If you get the error message again, provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of it to assist further.

I receive the above error message 452 when sending email even though I only have one recipient in the address. I get the same message if multiple recipients.

Bob, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
