Hello Wendy,
Could you let us know if you have any AVG programs installed in your computer?
If you have the AVG Antivirus Free, temporarily disable it as mention in this article & check if you're still getting the same error message.
Keep us updated.
Hello
The software version is shown as 21.2.3170 (build 21.2.6096.681). Is this what you need?
I temporarily disabled AVG but I was still getting the message on the browser that I use which is Google Chrome.
I have tried accessing the websites through Internet Explorer(Google) and I get the message "AVG has blocked access to …because one of the issuers of the server certificate has expired".
Since a few months I keep getting a warning message when trying to access some websites. This happens on websites that I know are genuine and not dodgy but I'm blocked from using them.
The message states "Your connection is not private" and displays the following error message NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID.
Can someone help please as to how do I get rid of this problem

Thank you for sharing us the screenshot, Wendy.
Initially, please clarify whether you experience this on a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
Please let us know the version of AVG installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About).
Meanwhile, please disable AVG protection temporarily, to check if it allows you to access those sites.
I'm still getting the error message. Here is a screenshot of the message
