Error Message when trying to renew subscription to AVG

Hello Benita,

I understand that you are unable to find an option to enter your license number. Please open AVG Internet Security, click on "My AVG->My subscription". From here you can either see your email address with an option to logout or enter your license number. If you see your email address, click on "Logout" and wait for few seconds. You will see an option to enter your license number. Please enter your license number to activate AVG Internet Security.

I did receive the renewed license number though email and I've tried following the directions provided, but there is no place to put the new number. I have no "Options" in AVG Internet Security. I am getting renewal popups.

I see that you have renewed the license for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) on 17th December 2017 and it expires on 1st January 2020.
Did you receive the renewed license number through email and entered it on AVG Internet Security program to reactivate your subscription?
Are you getting renewal popups from AVG Internet Security program?

When I attempt to renew my license subscription to AVG, an error message pops up and says I am already covered. However, I received my invoice with my renewal in December. What can I do?
