Error trying to log onto my bank account

Also, let us know if Secure VPN is enabled while receiving the error message.

Since having AVG Secure VPN I have not been able to log in to my Lloyds bank account as Error message comes up. Having spoken to my bank they advise that the error is relate34d to my recent purchase of Secure VPN. How can I overcome this situation?
