I can't install the avg tuneup, secure vpn and antitrack programs on my windows 7 pc, the errors I get are the ones I attached to the files. I tried to install them from the AVG Internet Security program I get an error. I tried to install avg tuneup, vpn, antitrack manually from the installer downloaded on its official page and I get an error: La intalación ha fallado. Este sistema operativo no es compatible. Código de error:'45056'. Más información en el registro: 'C:\ProgramData\AVG\Icarus\Logs\sfx.log'. Clarification: I translated this message with google translator. AVG programs are compatible with Windows 7 Operating system - Service Pack 1 version.
Please check whether your Windows 7 operating system runs on service pack version 1 by following the below steps:

  1. Press and hold 'Windows' key on the keyboard and then press 'R' at the same time.
  2. In the Run window, type the command "msinfo32" and then click Ok.
  3. In the system information window, check whether your Windows 7 operating system runs on service pack version 1.

Hello, it keeps giving me the same error. Are the programs compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate, which is the operating system I have on my PC?  I have some solutions in mind but I prefer to have it solved by a professional.  My solution is to install windows 10 on my pc, will it solve it?  because you saw that the error is incompatibility.

It seems your operating system is not compatible with AVG hence you are getting the error.
Please try upgrading your operating system so that you can install and activate AVG.
MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
Windows 11 except Mixed Reality and IoT Edition; Windows 10 except Mobile and IoT Edition (32 or 64-bit); Windows 8/8.1 except RT and Starter Edition (32 or 64-bit); Windows 7 SP1 with Convenient Rollup Update or later, any Edition (32 or 64-bit).
