Error while installing the product

Hello Kt,

For this error, run AVG remover followed by Clear tool as mentioned (here).
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found, click on "run anyway" to proceed with the removal.
Once it is completed, install your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices as mentioned (here).

I just paid money to get this product.  I downloaded the installation .exe, and started the install.  I receive:  "! Unexpected Error.  Sorry, we've run into an error during installation.  Error code: 0xe001f94e". 

Can anyone tell me what's going on?  Can I even get my money back if this is unresolveable?
