Hello Kenneth,
Let's work together to fix it. This issue has been fixed already in our latest version.
Please uninstall AVG Driver Updater from Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall.
Reinstall AVG Driver Updater from our official site: https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files and check the status.
When I try to update my driver per "AVG;s" notice, I receive the following messsage:
"The subject is not trusted for the specified action."
The question has been raised before, but the last response to this question is from 10/28/18 when the moderator said indicated they hoped to fix the problem soon.
However, this is 03/09/2019 and I have received this message today and twice more in the last month. Apparently, it has not been fixed. Since AVG is raising the problem itself for an action ostensibly from it, I fear I may be opening a Trojan Horse disguised as AVG.
What should I do? The previous two times I barged on through and let the action take place, despite the warning?
Any answers?
