Over the last couple of days my internet connection has been disrupted and instead of the usual wifi icon, I have Unidentified Network, albeit I am still connected to my internet provider. It seems to happen when VPN sends a kill switch? I then find that my home ethernet is disabled, and that AVG Tap Adapter v3 is the Unidentified Network - Public Network. Could someone let me know what this means please. Im a bit concerned about my home network connecting to a Public Network. Sorry if I have not posted this under the correct heading, not very techy minded in this area.
